The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is building technology that will allow patients to know wait times for care and reduce waits in emergency rooms.

Thus, there will be screens installed in hospitals and it will also be possible to know the wait times in walk-in clinics in Winnipeg, says the WRHA in a press release.

These new technological implementations are the result of a partnership with the firm Medimap, which combines technology to allow better access to health care across Canada.
