The City of Red Deer had the longest wait times at walk-in clinics throughout all of Alberta in 2022, according to a new report from a Canadian tech company.

On Monday, Medimap released its Wait Time Index, which uses data collected from walk-in clinics across Canada that use the company’s software to publish wait times.

The average wait time to see a doctor at a walk-in clinic is Red Deer was 71 minutes, which is almost double the Alberta average.
