She then moved to Portland, OR to attend the University of Western States where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic. Growing up Dr. Brar was involved in playing many sports, specifically soccer. She faced a few injuries, and thus values the importance of prioritizing your body. Her goal is to help patients get back to doing things they love.
