Chiropractor
Joanna graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she was selected for a clinical internship at the St. John’s Rehabilitation Hospital in Toronto. She also holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from the University of British Columbia, where she competed as a Varsity athlete. She has worked with treatment teams at several local and international sporting events, including Iron man Canada. She has worked with a variety of populations from professional athletes, to weekend warriors to office workers.
Chiropractor
Dr. Ann Izard grew up in Victoria, BC and completed her undergraduate degree at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. She then pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Western States Chiropractic College (WSCC) in Portland, Oregon where she graduated as class valedictorian, Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Izard treats both spinal complaints as well as issues in other parts of the body including: tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee and ankle injuries, shin splints, plantar fascitis, and headaches. She believes that the combination of soft tissue therapy, chiropractic manipulation, and rehabilitative exercises enables patients to reach their optimal level of performance.

Teamworks Owner/Clinic Director With over ten years of experience in providing Chiropractic care, Dr. Dossa treats patients of all ages and abilities ranging from office workers to weekend warriors athletes. He treats a variety of conditions such as back, shoulder and neck pain as well as poor posture with the intention of improving function by focusing on mobility. In his practice, Dr. Dossa uses a variety of techniques including Active Release Technique (ART), Chiropractic adjustments, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and exercise prescription.
