Dr. Ken Alexander has been practicing chiropractic in Victoria, BC at Remedy Wellness Centre since 2016. Dr. Alexander has been practicing since 2017. He is well known for being very thorough with his assessment of spine and joint mechanics. He takes his time with each patient, listening to everything you say and offering you a variety of options for treatment. He does spinal and joint adjustments, but can also do more gentle joint mobilization and soft tissue release techniques. He will prescribe exercises for you to do at home to help you strengthen or mobilize your problem areas. Restoring proper motor control and biomechanics is the key to long lasting results, which is always the goal. Dr. Alexander has experienced breaking his back and been through that recovery process as a patient; a perspective he greatly values as a chiropractor.
