About
My name is Clara and my pronouns are she/her/hers. Welcome to Dove Tree Counselling! I am a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about counselling and providing individual therapy to adults and young adults. I have a gentle, patient, non-judgmental approach, and I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma (single traumatic events, cumulative trauma, childhood trauma, etc), and many other kinds of challenges through EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I am queer-friendly, and will provide a safe, honouring space for all of my clients to share their struggles and discover new skills and strengths.
