CONSULTATIONS Meeting between patient and a pharmacist to discuss medication regimen and any related issues. During the consultation, the pharmacist will review the patient's medications, including any prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs, as well as dietary supplements. The pharmacist will also assess the patient's overall health, including any chronic conditions or allergies, to ensure that all of their medications are safe and appropriate. The pharmacist may also provide education on the use and side effects of the medications, and answer any questions the patient may have.
