Counsellor
Sean has been a Social Worker and a Counsellor in private practice for the past twelve years. His research focus is on vicarious trauma and burnout among helping professionals.Currently, he teaches graduate-level social work and is the Director of MSW field education at King University in Tennessee. In his counselling practice, Sean works with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, posttraumatic and occupational stress, burnout, and relationship issues using cognitive, psychodynamic, and faith-based approaches. Sean's areas of practice include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and workplace trauma. He mostly works with families, adults and youth and has extensive experience working with first responders,

Keeley has practiced in the human service sector for thirteen years and has operated in the counselling field since 2015. Her academic qualifications include completing her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria and her Masters of Social Work from Dalhousie University. Keeley’s professional experience includes collaborative practice with children, adolescents, families, couples, parents, and new or expectant mothers who are looking for a positive change to increase their well-being. Keeley has worked closely with individuals who have lived with mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress, postpartum mental health, and substance use.

Yasmeen has a passion for supporting individuals and families and has extensive training in the field of Perinatal Mental Health and Family Therapy, which are her areas of expertise. Yasmeen also works with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, anger-management, work-life balance, emotion-regulation and relationship challenges. In addition to her Private Practice, Yasmeen previously worked as a Clinical Counsellor at Share Family & Community Services for the Primary Care Network Program, a physician referred counselling program. In addition to being a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Yasmeen is also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C).
