Ottawa & River Walk-In Medical Clinic, located at 1020 Ottawa Street North (Unit 110) in Kitchener, serves the Kitchener–Cambridge–Waterloo community with high-quality urgent and primary care. As part of the Verismo Health network, our clean, accessible, and wheelchair-friendly clinic offers a wide range of OHIP-covered services: assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, chronic disease management, routine physical exams, immunizations, TB and STI testing, cryotherapy, driver’s medicals, WSIB assessments, and school or work sick notes. Our board-certified physicians, physicians assistants, nurses, and supportive staff are committed to compassionate, patient-centered care, backed by efficient digital check-in and on-site lab/imaging partners to help maintain minimal wait times—often as low as 15 minutes . Open weekdays and Saturdays, with extended hours into evenings on select days, we welcome walk-ins (no referral required) and ensure care when you need it most.
