The physician team at 25 York Street, **Toronto is now accepting patients** to those without a family doctor or nurse practitioner. We currently have 3 females and 3 male doctors.
To become a patient, download the TELUS Health MyCare app to book a meet & greet with one of the family doctors.
New patients will then be able to see your new doctor in-person or virtually on the app.
Patients can do in person and / or virtual appointments.
Patients must provide their valid OHIP health card at check-in.
