Mavis completed her Registered Massage Therapist training at Grant MacEwan College in 1982. Massage has proven to be beneficial for lowering blood pressure, decreasing cortisol, decreasing pain from injury or chronic illnesses such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, surgeries, scar tissue etc.
