The Mission of Beechwood Wellness Pharmacy is to support health through

education, innovation and integration. We offer traditional & compounding

consultations on health and wellness issues, medication review, vitamins and

supplements, MedsChecks, consultations, and delivery to the Waterloo/Kitchener

area. We focus solely on health care. We are not distracted by groceries &

greeting cards. We know our clients as both customer and friends. We guarantee

we will deliver personal service in a confidential & relaxing environment.

Prescription Dispensing

Have a new prescription? Drop it off today!

Prescription Refills

About to run out, or already ran out? Refill your prescription easily

online. Our pharmacists make prescription refills easy, with options to order

your refill in a way that best suits your needs. Click on the “Select-a-Service”

drop-down above and complete the refill request online to order your refill.

Prescription Transfers

We offer hassle-free online prescription medication transfer solutions. Make the

switch, and transfer a prescription today! Click on the “Select-a-Service”

drop-down above and fill out a transfer request online to have your

prescriptions transferred from your last pharmacy.

* By law, not every prescription can be transferred from one pharmacy to

another.

Prescription Renewals

If you require a refill extension or renewal for a regular prescription, a

PharmaChoice pharmacist can review your medication needs so you don’t experience

an interruption.

Medication Compliance Packaging

Keep your prescription medications organized with a customized blister pack and

confidently take the right medication at the right time. Our compliance packing

makes it easy to tell which medications should be taken at what times, and lets

you see whether you’ve taken a dose.

OHIP+

We accept OHIP+ to help save you even more on your prescriptions! Review OHIP+

coverage for select prescription medications for those aged 24 and under with

our help.

Medication Reviews

Are you taking multiple medications? Managing multiple medications is no easy

task. Ensure your best health by having one of our pharmacists perform a full

assessment of your prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, natural health

products, and vitamins.

Medications Take Back Program 

Bring your unused or expired medication, syringes, pen needles and/or lancets to

your local PharmaChoice for safe and effective disposal.

Over-the-counter Medication

Take the lead on your health by asking us about over-the-counter medications,

natural health products and vitamins. If a medication is not available, we can

discuss treatment options. Brands we carry: AOR, Kalaya, Metagenics, Quest,

Selekta

Compounding

Sterile compounds are available. Your medication may be easier for you to take

if it’s in a different form (like a solid, liquid or cream). We can tailor your

prescriptions to the specific strength and dosage you need. Let us create the

right form for you.

Diabetes Management and Consultation

If you have any questions regarding your diabetes, our pharmacist is available

for diabetes management consultations. Our pharmacists will work with you to

make sure that you are at ease and have a complete understanding of your

condition.

Free Prescription Deliveries

We offer free, confidential, safe and speedy prescription deliveries to

Waterloo/Kitchener area (1 free delivery per week) - costs apply outside of KW *

shipping via UPS available outside delivery range. We’re here to help you save

time with prescription delivery and help you stay prepared.

Mobility Aids

If you’ve had a recent injury or just need a little help getting around these

days, Beechwood Wellness Pharmacy carries canes to help you get from place to

place. Our team is always here to help make your life easier and to help you

find the correct products to meet your needs.

We offer free take-home naloxone kits, emergency response kits for opioid

overdose.
