Enter ADHD in the search box and an Ontario Postal code to see Medimap Virtual Clinic. Click on the clinic listing to schedule a time and date for the assessment.
2. Complete payment
Rest assured that your payment will be submitted through a secure platform. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that payment has been received successfully.
3. Attend ADHD Assessment
When you attend the ADHD assessment, the practitioner will ask a number of questions to adequately assess the patient. Once the appointment is complete, you will receive a full copy of your assessment within 48 hours. This will include next steps and possible treatment plan.

1. How long is the wait to get an appointment?
You can expect to see one of our healthcare providers within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
2. How long will the assessment take?
The assessment will take between 30-60 minutes.
3. How long after the assessment will it take to receive a diagnosis
You will be contacted by our health team with a diagnosis between 24-48 hours after your assessment.
4. What's next after the assessment?
After the assessment, you will receive a report within 48 hours. A health practitioner will then discuss the report with you and any necessary next steps with you.
5. Will my insurance cover the assessment fee?
Great question! Our ADHD assessment is completed by qualified clinicians who are licensed in Ontario. Our ADHD Assessment may not align with traditional coverage categories, however you may still be able to get some or all of the fee covered by insurance. If your insurance plan includes a health savings account, it’s likely you can leverage that for coverage of our assessment fee. You’ll be provided with a receipt detailing the health practitioner’s registration number and all necessary information to submit a claim.
6. Who will perform the ADHD Assessment?
At Medimap, our licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) practice in Ontario. They have extensive specialized training in assessing, diagnosing, and treating ADHD.
