Is my baby spitting up a lot since changing formulas?

It is common for babies to experience frequent regurgitation after a formula change. This may not necessarily indicate a problem and often resolves on its own. To help reduce the frequency or severity of regurgitation, try feeding your baby smaller amounts more frequently, allow for breaks to burp during feedings, avoid laying your baby down or making sudden movements right after feeding, and consider switching back to the previous formula if needed. It typically takes about 2 weeks to see the effects of a formula change.
