Taking care of your health involves a variety of tools and registered clinical counselling can help you get in touch with what your body needs to function best. At Remedy Wellness Centre, we offer online counselling services to help you make lasting changes that will keep you feeling great. Our team of counsellors in Victoria is always growing and we now have a team member certified as a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Counselling Therapist, as well as two Registered Clinical Counsellors.

Background
Tara McCaffery is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Victoria. "I believe in taking a holistic, client centered, and individualized approach to therapy with talk and somatic therapy pieces. I am also a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and am affiliated with the Prison Yoga Project. I am currently a PYP facilitator, facilitator trainer, and Vancouver Chapter Ambassador. "I have worked with men, women, children, couples, and families. I have been told by clients that I have a very calming and soothing presence which allows for the development of a positive therapeutic alliance. I look forward to expanding my practice and maintaining lifelong learning and growth. "
