Originally from Newfoundland, Kendy initially completed her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Therapy. During this time, she worked extensively with the cardiac and pulmonary rehab clinics where she developed a passion for exercise prescription and the rehabilitation process. She went on to complete a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. Kendy believes that rehabilitation is a complex entity which responds best in collaboration with other health care professionals. Her passion lives with helping individuals improve their quality of life, manage their pain, and regain independence.
