Joey offers acupuncture with a very gentle, positive and holistic approach. In her sessions she may use a combination of acupuncture, cupping, Tuina and nutritional and lifestyle therapies.

Shital moved to Canada in 2012 to pursue an Exercise and Wellness program on Vancouver Island and hasn’t looked back! She has always wanted to play a key role in enabling people to improve their health, well-being & quality of life, and feels truly privileged to make significant differences in her client’s lives! She loves helping individuals conquer their pain by applying the techniques of physical therapy that are neither invasive nor pharmacological.
