A treatment with Eliott will be tailored to your needs to help you achieve your goals. Techniques such as general Swedish, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release and deep tissue will be used. Eliott is registered with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia and is an active member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia.

Tess completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University after graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. She has furthered her education by completing certifications in manual therapy and soft tissue release, levels 1-3 in pelvic health, and contemporary medical acupuncture. Tess has a background in sport and therefore has a keen interest in sports related injuries, as well as in women’s health. She strongly believes in utilizing individualized treatment plans which include manual therapy techniques along with functional exercise-based rehabilitation and education.
