Anna is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and has experience working alongside individuals from an array of ages, ranging from six years old onward. She holds experience working with children, teens, and adults. Anna is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy trained clinician, who also practises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Feminist-Multicultural, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal Oriented Therapy.
