Many challenges we face are inevitable, but often we can sway the outcomes in our favor, keep challenges from compounding each other, and avoid other problems altogether. That is the philosophy I carry into my work helping my clients – from small children to adults – with challenges like postpartum depression, race-based trauma, ADHD, OCD, learning disabilities, autism, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and other concerns. My promise is to provide you a compassionate, open, culturally-affirming, and empowering counselling environment. With over 10 years of experience in working with families, youth, and adults, I have an in depth understanding of how to help people.
