As a patient of one of our Family Health Organization (FHO) practices, we are pleased to offer you additional access to primary health care. Your primary care physician’s FHO is a group of local family doctors who work together to improve your access to high quality primary medical care. As part of our commitment to you and your family, our after-hours clinics offer increased services and access to primary care for our FHO members’ patients exclusively, including same-day visits for FHO patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If your physician is not able to see you, they will direct you to visit one of our After-Hours Clinic locations listed below.

Medical care specifically for infants, children, and adolescents.
Testing, diagnosis, and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Medical services and advice related to health issues associated with travel.
Medical consultations conducted remotely via video or phone.
