BackgroundHis passion for healing began twenty years ago upon beginning to practice meditation under the guidance of a Tibetan Buddhist master, from whom he learned both Tibetan and Zen techniques. He practices and teaches mindful meditation and incorporates meditative techniques in his massages in order to increase awareness of the body and unleash its own healing abilities.
Combining an array of massage techniques which include lymph drainage, dynamic cupping, deep tissue and Swedish massage, he brings his patients to a state of relaxation and healing.
Cristiano was also a massage therapist instructor and clinic supervisor at ABM College in Calgary. When he is not involved with his work, his hobbies include: playing guitar, music production
