I work from a feminist trauma-informed lens and incorporate aspects of Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectial-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) into my practice.
