Insight Mental Health Counselling - Julia Smith
I am a Registered Counselling Therapist who helps teenagers and adults who want to be confident and happy but are feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, and depression. My clients find that issues with school, work, relationships, identity, and/or self-esteem makes life difficult to enjoy. They feel stuck due to the problems they are experiencing. Life can be tough, I understand and can help. In sessions, we'll figure out who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there. By using solution focused, narrative, collaborative, and strength based therapies, I'll help you build confidence, gain insight, and find happiness. The intake session are $225 and sessions afterwards are $200.
