I haven’t been for physio for some time mainly due to COVID fears and the fact that I’m immune compromised due to some medications. I have to mention how safe I felt with the distancing, the sparse waiting area, and masked employees. Feeling much better and glad to be back. I came home and scheduled two more appointments for the new year.
