You’ll receive a plan for symptom relief such as rest strategies, heat/ice guidance, and appropriate over-the-counter options when safe. If symptoms suggest a more serious condition (for example, severe weakness, swelling, or injury concerns), you’ll be advised on in-person assessment.

Background
Maryam's journey began with a childhood passion for health, leading her to pursue degrees in Medical Radiation Technology and Anatomy Sciences in Iran. Her academic journey continued at the Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Vancouver, where she received training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and became a Registered Acupuncturist.
In her practice, Maryam focuses on a wide range of health concerns, specializing in pain management, stress and mental health issues, neurological disorders, Thyroid disorders, Allergies, insomnia, gynecology and fertility. She approaches each patient with compassion and dedication, aiming not only to alleviate their symptoms but also to facilitate long-term healing and sustainable health improvements.
