Dr. Cashman is a sports chiropractor, researcher, teacher, industry mentor and athlete. He has been treating patients of all ages and activity levels since 1996. He is the recipient the BC College of Chiropractors Award of Excellence. Dr. Cashman provides high-level assessment, movement analysis, diagnosis and treatment for the entire body from head to toe. His treatment approach integrates various techniques including joint manipulation and soft tissue therapy, such as Active Release (A.R.T.) and Graston instruments, as well as guidance on where to strengthen or improve flexibility. Dr. Cashman embraces a collaborative approach, integrating other practitioners and doctors to ensure the most complete and efficient care.

As a Certified Kinesiologist, Eric empowers his clients by helping them achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals with patience, compassion and warmth. Eric assesses for deficiencies in mobility, strength and balance and provides specific exercises and corrective techniques to build a strong foundation on which to build more functional strength and improved movement. These improvements will allow you to live life with more energy, less pain and reduced risk of future injury.

Mieguen has a passion for making a difference in people’s lives hands-on which prompted her career toward massage therapy. Her curiosity in the human body coupled with her eagerness in helping others is what sparked her interest in massage therapy. Mieguen is dedicated to helping and treating her patients by incorporating techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques and joint mobilizations. Mieguen is experienced with treating prenatal, postnatal, sports & work-related injuries. In her spare time she enjoys doing outdoor activities, going for long walks on the beach, or spending time with family and friends.
