Dr. Sahota’s skills and dedication to performance therapy have awarded her the opportunity to work with the UBC Track and Field team as well as Art’s Umbrella dancers. She takes a movement based and patient centred approach to provide holistic health care and build connections with her patients. With a combination of chiropractic, rehabilitation and patient education she works to get her patients back to their daily routines – whether this means athletic training, weekend warrior activities or spending time with family.
