Mandeep Uppal utilizes her nutrition and communication expertise to work with clients to develop individualized evidence-based nutrition goals in order to make recommendations that are both effective and sustainable. Her integrative approach to health and wellness is founded on the understanding that there is no “one-size-fits-all”. She strongly believes that food is medicine and if it is taken in right amount at right time it helps to prevent chronic illness. She loves to work with the clients who struggle to manage their weight and have tried different “diets” but nothing worked for them.

I am registered with College of Dietitians of Ontario and active member with Dietitians of Canada. I am a certified diabetes educator and experienced in working with multi-cultural/ethnic communities. I have a strong desire to help people heal and maintain good health through sound nutrition. When I am not working, I can be found in my kitchen trying new recipes or doing longer walks or running on trails.
