Jack Nathan Health at Square One, located inside Walmart at 100 City Centre Drive in Mississauga, is a modern walk-in and family medicine clinic serving the local community. We offer OHIP-covered care for minor illnesses and injuries, cervical cancer screening (Pap test/HPV), TB testing, immunizations, driver’s medicals, mental health support, and completion of medical forms—with most services available on a walk-in basis. Our multilingual, board-certified physicians and experienced staff aim to provide efficient, compassionate care in a clean, accessible environment with wheelchair access and free on-site parking. Known for minimal wait times and flexible service hours (typically Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, plus Saturday availability), Jack Nathan Health accepts a variety of third-party insurance plans and welcomes both acute care needs and long-term family medicine appointments. Currently undergoing recovery from a temporary closure due to a fire at the Walmart location, we look forward to reopening and continuing to support the Mississauga community with high-quality primary healthcare.
