Mavis Richards lived in Mexico for 17 years where she studied Natural Medicine and Massage Therapy. This wonderful experience also included learning and studying specialties in Chinese medicine, Reiki, Herbology, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Mavis completed her Registered Massage Therapist training at Grant MacEwan College in 1982.
