Nadia was born and raised in Quebec and has called Red Deer home since 2008. She has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2010 and although she took a long pause to raise her boys, she has been back helping people with their aches and pains since 2019. Being an Athlete herself, Nadia knows the importance of recovery and pain relief. She is all about making sure her clients are feeling their best and progressing with treatment. Nadia loves to include moderate to deep tissue massage techniques in her practice and also uses myofascial cupping as part of her treatments. She is also trained in Pre-natal, Relaxation and Sport Massage.

Anna received her Registered Massage Therapist certification from the Northern Institute of Massage, and has been actively practicing massage therapy since 2016. Anna’s specialties include Myofascial Cupping Treatments, Therapeutic Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue, Active Release, along with Relaxation Massages and both Pre and Post Natal Massage. Anna will work with you to create the best treatment plan for your individual needs. Anna is always looking for new ways to help her clients the best way she can by continually educating herself and recommending exercises, stretches, and mobility techniques that best suits her clients needs.

Abbi was born in Revelstoke, British Columbia and has lived in Red Deer on and off for 14 years. She took her massage training in Red Deer and has been practicing since 2021. She has a passion for helping people and learning about the human body. Her holistic approach addresses both the body and the mind. Abbi specializes in deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, myofascial cupping, fascial stretching and craniosacral therapy which she tailors to meet the unique needs of each client.
