Phillip Liscio has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 8 years. 'Phil' has treated many musculoskeletal conditions like neck & shoulder tension, headaches/migraines, low back pain, sciatica, thoracic outlet and carpel tunnel syndromes, strains/sprains, and much more. He uses a wide variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial Release, Suction Cupping, and Percussive therapy. 'Phil' grew up in the Greater Toronto Area, playing competitive baseball, hockey and soccer. He completed his advanced diploma in Massage Therapy at Centennial College where he was a Varsity Soccer Athlete, a two time OCAA All Star and provincial bronze medalist.
