About
Thai massage is a full-body, clothed massage that includes the use of a variety of stretching, trigger-point, and movement techniques. Thai massage is performed on a large, padded floor mat, and techniques are adjusted to the client’s comfort level and movement capacity. How is Thai massage different from other types? No oil is required in a Thai massage, so you may remain fully clothed. Rather than just using hands, fists, forearms and elbows, a Thai massage therapist may use legs and feet during the massage, so the floor mat allows for this flexibility.
