Ground Up Rehab is a hands-on rehabilitation clinic in Hamilton for people who prefer firm, focused care. Sessions are built around deep tissue and soft tissue work, with Shockwave Therapy, Cupping, Graston Technique, Class IV Laser and targeted exercise or loading added when appropriate.
We work with back and neck pain, shoulder and rotator cuff issues, tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, sciatica, headaches, osteoarthritis and other muscle and joint concerns. Treatment is direct, individualized and designed to combine hands-on care with practical rehab. Direct billing is available for many major insurers.

Background
Dr. Dimitar Variyski is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. At Ground Up Chiropractic and Rehab in Hamilton, he provides non-traditional, one-on-one chiropractic care focused on progressive exercise, rehabilitation, personal training, and strength and conditioning.
His clinical interests include sports injuries, back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, sciatica, and return-to-activity rehabilitation. Dr. Dim is also a GLA:D® Canada certified provider for hip and knee osteoarthritis.
Care may include chiropractic treatment, individualized exercise, shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, cupping, and manual therapy. His goal is to help patients move better, build strength, and confidently return to work, exercise, sport, and everyday life.
