For the past 13 years, I have worked in the human services field in various supportive roles for individuals and families. I believe enhancing our mental wellness is facilitated when individuals feel supported in a genuine, empathetic and compassionate way. I have a very open-minded, holistic, strengths-based, collaborative approach to counselling to come alongside individuals to offer support while honoring their lived experience. I have a passion for educating others' on the topics of complex/developmental trauma, generational trauma and many other barriers that have affected their brain, body, spiritual, emotional and social development.
