The main reason that I became a counsellor is because of the incredible impact that therapy had on my life when I needed change the most. I took inspiration from the incredible people who guided me through my struggles. I promised myself that I would honour them by continuing in the same line of practice. Having gone through therapy and recovery myself, I have an intrinsic understanding of the process. Which allows me to operate with empathy.
