Please note that we do not prescribe medications Sea to Tree Health & Wellness was born from the desire to create more opportunities for people to access local wellness services. Audrey offers person-centered individual therapy to clients suffering from a range of mental health challenges and through her non-judgemental approach, provides a safe space for client to share their story. Therapy with Audrey is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and built on trust. She strives to create a safe place for clients of varying sexual orientations, spiritual beliefs, and physical disabilities.
