About

We're a wellness centre specializing in many different wellness disciplines such as physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, kinesiology (active rehab), counselling, chiropractic, cold laser therapy, acupuncture and more. Our registered clinical counsellors assist our patients by understanding their personal issues and concerns. There are many individuals around the world suffering from at least one of the following: anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, depression, trauma, chronic pain, addictions, grief/loss, eating disorders, unexpected life changes, infertility and more. The outcome we would like to see in our patients is self-growth, improved interpersonal relationships, and enhanced self-awareness.
