As a registered clinical counsellor, I provide a safe and supportive space for women dealing with issues such as infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. My approach involves holding space, actively listening, and providing emotional support. By offering a non-judgmental and compassionate environment, I empower women to share and explore their thoughts, feelings, and experience. My goal is to help you create the opportunity to heal, grow, and find strength in your journey. I will help you to reconnect with your body, to release emotional blocks, move your nervous system our of stress state, and bring more joy, and pleasure into your life.
