*Note: there is currently a 6-8 week wait for new clients* My therapeutic approach is a blend of modern and classic methods tailored uniquely to each client. My most commonly used approaches include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems) with a Person-Centered approach and a strong focus on self-compassion.
