In my practice, I use an integrative approach, blending evidence-based techniques with a warm, client-centered focus. With specialized training in Somatic and Attachment focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (SA-EMDR), I offer more than just traditional talk therapy. Together, we can address not just your thoughts, but your body’s responses to stress and trauma, promoting deeper and lasting healing.

I hold 3 Bachelor’s degrees, and 3 Masters degrees, which speaks to my nature as a lifelong learner. I have been a teacher with the CSAP (conseil scolaire acadien provincial) since 2007. I am currently working on on my accreditation in Play therapy. Other interests of mine include Animal-Assisted Therapy and the effect of technology and social media on the developing brain. I work with my clients holistically to help them better understand themselves, find their strengths, build resilience, and progress through their healing journey.

Events from our past can lead to us carrying patterns and anxieties that hold us back, affecting our perception and experience of what’s happening. My goal is to help you get unstuck by gaining new insights, developing new coping skills, and to ultimately build resilience. I have trained in both CBT & Psychoanalysis, and am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Fully Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I approach psychotherapy from an integrative angle, applying multiple approaches to meet the needs of my clients. My sessions are often on the less structured side, making room to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs as they unfold.
