At Life + Hope Counselling, we provide psychotherapy and counselling for individuals, couples, and families so that they can live healthier and more enriched lives. Whatever you may be going through, we’re here to support you. Common areas include: stress, depression, OCD, ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD and developmental trauma, burnout, life transitions, grief, self-harm, BPD, body image issues, couples and relationship issues, parenting and caregiver support, and other challenges. Amongst our psychotherapists and social workers, we have the following training: CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Gottman Couples, Emotion-Focused Couples and Family, PlayTherapy, Solution-Focused, Existential, Attachment, and Narrative therapy. For those interested in integrating their Christian faith with treatment, we offer faith-based psychotherapy. Our team is skilled, compassionate, and ready to support you exactly where you are at. Life + Hope Wellness Studio offers mindfulness classes, somatic work, expressive arts, and Spiritual Direction.
