Since 2011, Nicole has been providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families across Southern Ontario. I seek to hold space for clients in a way that promotes self-discovery and sustainable change, predicated upon therapeutic connection. I believe that clients should be the architects of their own lives and be given the trust and freedom to be so. My approach to therapy* is person-centred and integrative, building upon psychoanalytical theory and rooted in existential analysis, utilizing both somatic and experiential techniques.
