Hi, I'm Kaylee! I'm a registered psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals who are struggling with trauma responses such as flashbacks, anger, anxiety, depression, and life changes such as grief, divorce, and so forth. I work from a trauma-informed holistic approach, meaning that I pull from different therapeutic models that I have been trained in. I work with adults, teens, and children who are trying to navigate changes and life transitions, those who are struggling with their relationships, their emotions, their behaviours, and those who have experienced troubling past experiences.
