Established in 2007, the Liberty Clinic is an integrated health clinic located at the heart of Toronto – Yonge and Bloor. Our health care professionals integrate their knowledge for each individual patient and collaborate in order to give the patient the best health care. We treat many medical conditions, ranging in severity, and help patients with disease prevention. We are accepting new patients and hope to see you soon.
