Dawn has been with KPA since 2004 and became the owner in 2021. She is well known for her needling and physiotherapy skills, often combining them for the best effect. Dawn continues to learn and evolve her skill-set and brings the best of both new and old techniques to her practice. Dawn is a very knowledgeable understanding clinician whose calming presence relaxes people throughout their treatment. She helps people to address their needs in a holistic way and find balance. Dawn has a keen interest in working with people of all shapes and sizes and strives to make Kelowna Physiotherapy Associates an inclusive environment.

Dr Georgia Pankhurst has been an Optometrist and Partner at IRIS 826 Midland and IRIS 831 Owen Sound since 2018. Since graduating with Honours from University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2018, she moved to the town of Midland to enjoy the benefits of small-town living. Dr Pankhurst is passionate about patient-centered care, and ensures that all patients receive a thorough and personalized exam. She especially enjoys glaucoma management, ocular emergencies, and foreign body removal. She strives for every single patient to feel confident in her care.
