Dr. Kaiyi Pang graduated from the University of Waterloo with her Doctor of Optometry degree on the Dean's Honour list. While originally from Burnaby, BC, Kaiyi has been practicing in Red Deer since 2015 and loves all the relationships she’s developed with her patients. She enjoys delivering quality eye care to her patients of all ages, including primary care, ocular disease management and contact lens fittings. She is fluent in English and can speak conversational Mandarin and French.

Optometrist
Dr. Tannis Rode grew up in Three Hills, Alberta. She received a Biology degree at the University of Calgary before entering the Optometry program at the University of Waterloo. She gained training in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of ocular diseases during her hospital externship in Houston, Texas, and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree with honours in 2014. Dr. Rode is committed to providing her patients with an excellent eyecare experience.
Dr. Rode received the Alberta Association of Optometrists Service Award in 2024 for her contribution to eyecare in Nunavut. She has also participated in eyecare projects in Peru, Mexico, and Honduras.
