About
We’re not your typical physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic. Vitality is a wellness centre with a track record for helping clients treat and prevent future pain with our specialized programs and osteopathic treatment. All assessments and treatments are in private rooms.

Background
Jacob received his bachelor's degree in Honors Kinesiology with minors in human nutrition and rehabilitation sciences from the University of Waterloo in 2014. Soon after graduation he attended the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and successfully completed the four-year program, graduating with a Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc). As an osteopathic manual practitioner with a background in human kinetics Jacob specializes in Osteopathic Manual therapy focusing on joint mobility and pain relief. He hopes to employ a holistic approach to health as a viable and effective alternative to aid in all aspects of disease and dysfunction.
