MEET OUR PHARMACISTS Dylan Moulton (he/him) is a clinical pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at Medi-Drugs Millcreek. Dylan received both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. He is passionate about inclusive healthcare and uses his experience working alongside the 2SLGBTQ+ community to shape his practice and physical pharmacy setting into a safe(r) space for diverse populations to access care. In addition, he aided in the establishment of The LGBTQ+ Wellness Centre in Edmonton and currently sits on the board of directors for this non-profit wellness space. Dylan and his team strive to provide inclusive pharmacy services to citizens of Alberta, while also taking opportunities to help educate health care providers throughout Canada about gender-affirming care. From a clinical lens, some of Dylan's professional interests include mental and sexual health. His team at Medi-Drugs Millcreek works closely with numerous community-based groups to ensure their patients and community have the tools/resources they need to live their lives as safely and confidently as they can. Jyoti Palak (she/her) is a clinical pharmacist at Medi-Drugs Millcreek. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Jyoti firmly believes that all patients deserve exceptional health care and that it is our job as health care practitioners to listen to the communities we serve and respond to their needs accordingly. Jyoti's professional interests include mental health, substance use disorder, and inclusive health care. She loves learning from and engaging with numerous other health care professionals and community groups to ensure her knowledge is current and relevant. She invites any and all patient’s curious about our care to drop into the pharmacy or give us a quick call or email. She would love to discuss your health-related goals and find realistic and tangible ways to support you in achieving them! COME SAY HELLO!
